Description du levé
En 1983, des échantillons de sédiments fluviatiles ont été recueillis par Three-D GeoConsultants Ltd. dans le comté de Madawaska, nord-ouest du Nouveau-Brunswick. La fraction de -80 mailles des échantillons a été analysée par absorption atomique par Mineral Resources Division (MRN du N.-B.) en utilisant une digestion d’acide nitrique chaud. Énergie atomique Canada Limitée a dosé pour l’uranium par l’activation neutronique retardée.
Les données sont publiées sur les clichés cartographiques 86-58 à 86-75, A à F du ministère des Ressources naturelles du Nouveau-Brunswick.

Couvres des parties de 21N/2 (Connors), /6 (Estcourt), /7 (Lac-Baker) et /8 (Edmundston) du SNRC dans le comté Madawaska, au nord-ouest du Nouveau-Brunswick. Il est délimité au nord-ouest par la frontière du Québec/Nouveau-Brunswick et au sud-ouest par la frontière du Maine et du Nouveau-Brunswick.
