Survey Description
In 2013 and 2014, till samples were collected in south central Newfoundland.
Sample spacing was controlled by access and presence of till, but was generally one sample every 1 km along all primary and secondary roads, and one sample every 4 km2 for helicopter-supported sampling.
Eight bulk (20 kg) till samples were collected along a 78 km traverse line and were processed for heavy minerals.
