Survey Description
217 till samples were collected in the Victoria Lake, Snowshoe Pond, Star Lake area, central Newfoundland in between 1978 and 1981. The data are published in Newfoundland Department of Mines and Energy Open File 12A/0347.

The geographic extent of the survey is defined by the following polygons:

Covers NTS 12A/6 (Victoria Lake), 12A/7 (Snowshoe Pond), 12A/9, 10, 16, 12A/11 (Star Lake) and 2D/13 (Grand Falls) in central Newfoundland. Its centre is located approximately 105 km southeast from the city of Corner Brook, NL.
