Detailed multiparameter airborne geophysical survey data release – Kedgwick area, New Brunswick;

In cooperation with the Government of New Brunswick, the Geological Suvey of Canada is announcing the publication of airborne survey results for the Kedgwick area in northeastern New Brunswick. The survey was funded by New Brunswick, managed by the New Brunswick Department of Natural Resources and Energy (Geological Survey Branch) and the Geological Suvey of Canada to confirm to GSC standards. The helicopter-borne frequency domain electromagnetic, magnetic, and radiometric geophysical survey covers four NTS map sheets in whole or in part, including 21-O/11, 12, 13 and 14. The survey consisted of 11 400 line kilometres, flown at a line spacing of 200m and a height of 60m above ground.

The survey results are presented as contour and/or colour interval map sets at 1:20 000 and 1:50 000 scales.

Sales/Distributeur: These maps may be ordered as individual map sheets or as a set from the Geophysical Data Centre, Ottawa or from the New Brunswick Department of Natural Resources, Bathurst and Fredericton, New Brunswick.

Price/Prix: $15.00 (Canada), $19.50 (outside Canada) per map sheet.

The survey data used to compile these maps will be available from the Geological Suvey of Canada, Ottawa, Ontario on June 15, 2000 from 13h00 ET in digital form from the Geophysical Data Centre. List of maps by shown parameter and NTS sheet at 1:20 000 scale.
