This CD digital release is a prototype.  It was never officially released.  No release notice appeared in the GSC Circulars.  However, a copy was deposited in the GSC Library.  It can be viewed in Room 121, 615 Booth St., Ottawa.  The original open file was released in July 1994 (45 maps + digital data).  This CD re-release prototype was created in 2001.  The final CD re-release was advertised in the December 2001 GSC Circular.  The authorship on this prototype CD is the same as for the original open file release.  The authorship for the final CD release changed.
