Surficial Deposits and Ice Flow Directions, Upper Chaudiere Valley, Quebec, W.W. Shilts

This open file consists of preliminary drafts of two maps with legends showing distribution of surficial deposits and ice flow directions of Lennoxville Till, both at a scale of 1:125 000 with an inset map showing recessional positions of Lennoxville glaciers at a scale of 1:250 000. The material concerns part of 21E/7, 9, 10, 15 and 16. Field work was done in 1967-69.

In order to facilitate the early release of these maps they are being presented in the form and language in which they were prepared by the author.

This open file may be viewed by at all the Geological Suvey of Canada libraries and copies may be obtained at the user’s expense by application to Campbell Reproductions, 880 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K1R 6K7.
