Southern Yukon till sampling, 2001-2002
Project Description
Till sampling was carried out in 2001 and 2002 in southern Yukon in the Finlayson, Glenlyon and east Carmacks map areas. The purpose of the project is to evaluate the mineral potential, to identify mineral exploration targets and to stimulate mineral exploration within the Yukon-Tanana Terrane in southern Yukon. The data are published in Geological Survey of Canada Open File 4479/Yukon Geological Survey Open File 2003-10(D).
