The regional lake survey for central Manitoba (NTS 63I and parts of 63H and 63P) was conducted during the summer of 1987.

This report presents analytical and statistical data for 17 elements plus loss-on-ignition in lake sediments from 1 699 sample sites, collected at an average density of one sample per 13 km². Uranium, fluoride, calcium, magnesium, alkalinity and pH values in concomitant waters are included in this report.
