The regional lake sediment and water survey of central Ontario (NTS 31F and the south half of 31C) was conducted during the summers of 1976 and 1982.
This report presents analytical and statistical data for 32 variables in lake sediments from 1 132 sample sites, collected at an average density of one sample per 19.5 km². Original analytical data selected from Open File 405 and 406 (published 1977) for 13 elements are included in this report. Waters from these sites were collected in 1982. Tthis report includes values for uranium, fluoride, pH and 17 additional variables in waters.
