Survey Description

In the summer of 1993, nine stream sediments samples were collected by SOQUEM in cooperation with the Quebec Ministry in the Lac Dussault area, southern Quebec (SOQUEM unpublished internal report).  These samples, spaced approximately 1.0 to 1.5 km apart, come from three rivers draining the Lac Dussault property.

The samples were processed for heavy minerals.

A summary of the work, including maps of gahnite abundances can be found in Ministère des Ressources naturelles du Québec report MB 94-42.
