Till and esker sampling survey, Kikerk Lake property, 86P/2,7, Nunavut, Ashton Mining (Northwest Territories) Ltd. 2000-2002.

A total of 913 till samples were collected during the 2000-2001 field seasons on the Kikerk Lake property. The property is located approximately 525 km north-northeast of Yellowknife.
During the 2000 field season, 510 of the 632 samples were collected in a detailed grid pattern covering an anomalous indicator trend identified by previous surveys. Another 122 samples were collected during the 2001 filed season along lines in the northern half of the claim block where previous surveys indicated other anomalous indicator counts. The remaing 281 samples were collected in 2002.
