This survey consisted of the collection of 315 till and 22 bedrock samples on the Crystal Property which is located approximately 300 km northeast of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. The sample locations were chosen to coincide with anomalies determined by geophysical surveys. After the removal of large cobbles and organic matter in the field the samples were sent to Diamond Indicator Processing Inc., in Thunder Bay, Ontario. A heavy mineral concentrate was produced and sent to I and M Morrison Geological Services in Delta, British Columbia for indicator mineral picking. These grains were then sent on to R.I. Barnett Geological Services, in Lambeth, Ontario for electron microprobing.
The data can be found in Nunavut Assessment Report 084253.
