Till sampling survey, Lac de Gras area, NTS 76C, D, Nunavut and Northwest Territories, Kennecott Canada Inc., 1995.

During the summer of 1995, 896 till samples were collected during a helicopter-supported exploration program on the Diavik claim block located approximately 300 km north of Yellowknife in Nunavut and Northwest Territories.
The samples were collected from mudboils at various spacings.
The samples have been SEM checked and data is available.

The geographic extent of the survey is defined by the following polygons:
Covers parts of NTS sheets 76C (Alymer Lake) and 76D (Lac de Gras), on the Diavik claim block in the Lac de Gras area, Nunauvt and Northwest Territories. Glowworm Lake is in the centre of the survey area, Savannah Lake in the southeast and Diavik Mine on the southwestern edge. It is located approximately 300 km northeast of Yellowknife.
