NGR lake sediment and water survey, NTS 064E and parts of 074A and 074H, Saskatchewan, 1984
(requires an Internet connection)
During the summer of 1984, helicopter-supported lake sediment and water sampling was carried out in northeastern Saskatchewan. Samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per 13 km2 throughout the 18 800 km2 survey area. Sample site duplicate samples were routinely collected in each analytical block of twenty samples. The data are published in Geological Survey of Canada Open File 1106.
The samples were reanalysed by INAA and republished in GSC Open File 1643 along with the original data.
This survey was carried out using National Geochemical Reconnaissance (NGR) protocols.
