Data Description:

Paper report; data lists on diskette (ASCII and Excel).

Quantities Analysed:

Humus - archived samples - <2 mm by AAS after aqua regia for 6 elements and by colorimetric after aqua regia for As; <0.177 mm by ICP-AES after aqua regia for 26 elements and by CV-AAS after multi-acid for Hg; - new samples - <0.425 mm - ICP-AES after aqua regia for 26 elements and by CV-AAS after aqua regia for Hg.  Till - <0.002 mm - AAS  after aqua regia and multi-acid leach for 11 elements and ICP-AES after aqua regia for 26 elements and by CV-ASS for Hg.

Geochem Maps Available:

Proportional symbol maps showing regional distribution of selected elements, clast lithologic components, and carbonate in till and selected elements in humus.

Other Analyses:

Pebble counts; heavy mineral concentrate for gold grain counts,, kimberlite indicator minerals and heavy mineral point counts; carbonate (<0.063 mm fraction by AAS and LECO); grain size (<2 mm).
