Survey Description
In 1979, a groundwater sampling survey was conducted on reserved lands #6 and 7, Manneville township, Quebec. The area covers 19 km 2. A total of 17 samples were collected along the roads.
Samples were analyzed for As, Cd, Cl, Ca, Co. Cu, F, Fe, K, Li, Mg, Mn, Mo, Na, Ni Pb, U, Zn and SO 4.
The data are published in Open File GM 39659, Department of Energy and Resources, 1981.

Covers NTS 32D/9 (Amos). The Manneville area is located in the Abitibi region. Lands #6 and 7 include lots 1-9, rg. 8 and 9, Villemontel county, lots 59-62, rg. 8 and 9 and lots 52-62, rg. 6 and 7, Manneville township. It is bounded by latitudes 48°30'15" and 48°33'45" and longitudes 78°23'15" and 78°28'.
