Soil sampling survey, NTS 24F/2, Lac Colombet area, Nord-du-Québec region, Quebec, 1984.

During the summer of 1984, a soil sampling survey was conducted in the Lac Colombet area, Quebec. The area covers 2 km2. A total of 230 samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per 0.009 km2. Samples were analyzed for Ag, Al, B, Ba, Be, Ca, Cd, Ce, Co, Cr, Cu, Eu, Fe, K, La, Li, Mg, Mn, Mo, Na, Ni, P, Pb, Sc, Sm, Sr, Th, Ti, V, Y, Zn (ICP-ES), U (fluorimetry) and loss on ignition.
The data are published in Open File MB 87-47, Department of Energy and Resources, 1988.

Covers part of NTS 24F/2 (Lac Jogues). The Lac Colombet area is located in the Nord-du-Québec region. It is bounded by latitudes 57°01' and 57°02' and longitudes 68°52' and 68°54'.
