Survey Description
In 1977, a stream sediment sampling survey was conducted in the half east part of Blaiklock township, Quebec. The area covers 120 km 2. A total of 41 samples were collected at an average density of 1 sample per 2.9 km 2. Samples were screened to obtain the <177 microns fraction and theses fractions were analysed for:

Covers NTS 32J/1 (Lac Waconichi). The eastern half of Blaiklock township is located in the Abitibi area. It is situated 16 km north of Chibougamau. It is bounded by latitudes 50°02' and 50°10' and longitudes 74°15' and 74°28'.
