The geographic extent of the survey is defined by the following polygons:
Covers NTS 82M/4 (Adams Plateau) and parts of NTS 82M/5 (North Barriere Lake) northeast of Kamloops in southeastern British Columbia. Adams Lake lies in the southeast part of the study area. Highway 5 runs north-south approximately 10 km from the western edge of the study area. Shuswap Lake is located approximately 42 km southeast from the centre of the study area.
