Survey Description
Till samples were collected from the western part of Cumberland County in Nova Scotia beginning in 1981. The data are published in Geological Survey of Canada Paper 85-17
Data Description:
Paper map; map margin has data tables keyed to samples located on the map.
Quantities Analysed:
<0.002 mm fraction by AAS after HNO 3-HCl digestion for at least 12 elements; by colourimetry for As and by fluorometry for U. Heavy mineral concentrate (0.063-0.300 mm fraction) by colourimetry after hot water leach for W and by AAS after HCl leach for Sn.
