Bondar-Clegg Sn AAS

Atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) analysis of Sn was performed on the till fractions using hydride atomic absorption spectrometry.  The analyses were performed by Bondar-Clegg Laboratories, in Vancouver, British Columbia.

General Methodology:

Tin was determined as follows: A 200 mg sample was heated with NH4I; the sublimed SnI4 was dissolved in acid and the tin determined by hydride-atomic absorption spectrometry.
