The regional lake sediment and water survey for northwestern Ontario (NTS 52F) was conducted during the summer of 1988.

This report presents analytical and statistical data for 18 variables in lake sediments from 1,365 sample sites, collected at an average density of one sample per 11.8 km². This report includes values for uranium, fluoride, pH, alkalinity, calcium and magnesium in waters.
