Bundle Description

14 glaciofluvial, 13 till and 6 bedrock samples collected in 1986 and 1989  up and down ice of the Diamond Lake kimberlite by Sudbury Contact Mines were sent to Overburden Drilling Management, Ottawa, Ontario picked for gold grains and processed for heavy mineral concentrates (HMC) and sorted. The < 1.7 mm sieved fraction was separated using the table shaker and methylene iodide (S.G.3.3). Kimberlite samples were soaked for three days prior to processing.
